　　亲爱的同学们：

　　我给大家讲一个关于“希望的种子”的故事。

　　在列宁格勒市中心，有一个科学研究所。研究所里建有一个巨大的仓库，这里保存各种粮食种子。1942年，当德国人围住列宁格勒时，这个城市开始上演人间悲剧：成千上万的人开始被饿死，人们想方设法寻找食物。有些市民不惜穿越德军的封锁线跑到郊外，寻找树皮和已被冰封的湖底的鱼虾。但他们常常有去无回，成为纳粹枪弹的牺牲品。

　　饥饿让人变得疯狂。不少人看上了研究所中的那些粮食种子。这可能是当时列宁格勒城中唯一储备大量粮食的地方。驻守的军队来了，可是科学家说，这是种子，是苏维埃将来的希望。驻守部队撤退了。

　　前线浴血奋战的将军也来过，他要求把粮食全部交给军队，但科学家说，这是种子，不能吃掉。将军暴跳如雷，但科学家告诉他：“当我们打退了德国人，农民们可以用这些种子过上幸福的生活。”将军听完，向科学家敬礼，然后带领士兵离开了。

　　几个月后，人们发现看守仓库的科学家饿死在粮堆旁。列宁格勒的那座粮仓，成为世界粮食史上的一个奇迹。战争已经摧毁了一切，但列宁格勒却保住了珍贵的粮食品种。现在我们不知道那位科学家叫什么名字，但他的那句“希望的种子”的名言，成为列宁格勒这家研究所的代名词。

　　故事讲到这里，相信很多同学已经被深深地感动了，为饿死在粮堆旁的科学家，为保护着希望、阐释着希望、留下希望的科学家。是啊！面对至死仍报希望的这样的人，我们除了感动，还能有什么?战争能摧毁一切，却绝对摧毁不了希望。

　　是的，拥有希望，一定会拥有未来。

　　你不奔跑，没有人会停下来等你，甚至连风景也不会。

　　乞力马扎罗山上的雪冠消失了，珠穆朗玛峰变矮了，南极冰川也在悄悄融化，我们以为一成不变的风景却在悄悄改变，它们也不肯停在原地等我们。这世上不变的就只有改变，无论我们相不相信，无论我们接不接受，无论我们希不希望，我们所熟悉的都在变，慢慢地、悄悄地，渐渐变成我们不再熟悉的样子。

　　改变自己方能适应这世界的不停变化，改变自己方能朝着自己期望的方向发展，改变自己方能在这个社会中生存。改变自己，是我们生存的必要手段。如果一成不变，我们就会因为无法适应这个社会而被慢慢淘汰，就会因为不停逃避而陷入绝境之中。改变自己，因为我们必须改变自己。改变自己，从一无是处变成无可挑剔，从无能变成无所不能，从平凡无奇变成独一无二。改变自己，就要不停奔跑，朝着希望奔跑，朝着梦想奔跑，朝着成功奔跑。

　　成功的路一定不会一帆风顺，一定会有波澜坎坷，但我们不能慌、不能乱。只有经历风雨才能看到彩虹，只有越过高山才能眺望碧海蓝天，只有战胜艰难险阻才能享受成功的甘甜。面对困难，可以激动，但不能慌乱；可以犹豫，但不能后退；可以暂停，但不能放弃。唯有百折不挠的意志力和坚定不移的信念才可以化作利剑，披荆斩棘，劈风破浪。

　　总有那么几座山让我们想放弃，但是我们不能。我们可以短暂的停留，但不能就此扎营。休憩不等于休止，暂停不等于停止，沉默不等于沉寂。火山沉默是为了下一次更汹涌的喷发，短暂的休憩是为了更远的旅行，稍事休息以后我们才有力气继续接下来的旅行，才有力气迎接接下来的挑战。

　　经过休整，我们可以总结我们一路走来的收获：之前的失败里受到教训、之前的成功里学到的经验，这些都是我们人生路上的珍宝，都是我们前行的助力。但是我们不能贪图眼前的享受，不能因为眼前的一枝春而放弃了远方的繁花似锦。你不奔跑，没有人会停下来等着你，即使是远方的风景也会慢慢改变，让你再也看不见。

　　一群朝气蓬勃的青少年满怀希望会聚在一起，形成了温馨和谐积极健康向上的大家庭。我们一步一个脚印，用希望播种，用汗水耕耘，用笑容装扮。进入高三以来，我们各个方面都取得了很大了进步。我们班班级学风良好，教室整洁卫生，多次受到老师们的表扬。因为我们都有着共同的目标。

　　进入高三以来，同学们的自主管理能力大大增强，班干部们都能够切实履行自己的职责，在学习之余，用心多好属于自己的每一件事。学习委员柳旦、谢日文同学总能够及时为同学们写好课表，写好作业清单，省去了同学们整理这些繁琐信息的麻烦，给同学们节省了更多的时间。生活卫生委员xxx同学能够每天写好卫生任务安排，提醒同学们做好常规卫生打扫任务。体育委员xxx、xxx同学能够在体育课上为同学们借好器材，省去了同学们自己去借器材的麻烦。他们的认真与负责让同学们的生活更加方便，更加井然有序。除此之外，同学们自主学习的能力也大为加强，每天早晨7点40分，在英语课代表xxx同学的组织下，我们都要进行英语单词默写，在xxx同学每天的辛苦，同学们的坚持不懈下，我们班的英语成绩逐渐从倒数几名上升到现在的年级第七。互帮互助学风良好，众所周知，物理是一门让学生老师都头疼的科目。但班上几位同学能够在自己学有余力的前提下自告奋勇在讲台上把自己的思路讲给同学们听，把自己所掌握的知识分享给大家，不仅自己巩固了知识，还让同学们拥有了更浓厚的学习兴趣。

　　在高三进行的几次月考之中，我们班的平均分一直位列年级前列，在高二时我们班的平均分更是稳居前三。目前我们正在进行高考的第一轮复习，在几次月考的历练中，同学们逐渐找准了自己的位置，树立了自己的目标。班上有许多优秀的同学不仅能够把握好自己的学习，更能带动其他同学一起学习，营造良好的学习的氛围。更多的同学正在迎头赶上，朝着自己的目标而努力奋斗。

　　班上的任课老师们也是十分的优秀，他们都是极富经验的高三优秀教师，都极其富有责任心。特别是教数学科目的张德文老师，为了让我们能够掌握更多更全面的知识，他经常牺牲自己的休息时间给我们补课，他们的辛勤劳动被同学们看在眼里，更记在了心里，大家更加努力的学习，争取能够以更好的成绩来回报老师。

　　在高三的学习中，同学们的主要任务是进行复习，在老师们的带领下，同学们正逐渐地查漏补缺争取给自己扫清知识点的障碍，使自己能够更好的掌握知识，在考试中取得更好的成绩。

　　我们的课余生活也同样丰富多彩，在上周一举行的高三年级校园运动会中，我们班取得了团体总分理科班第五名的好成绩，在班上没有体育特长生的情况下，能取得如此成绩确实不容易，同学们不遗余力的为赛场上的选手呐喊助威。正是同学们齐心协力，才能获得如此优秀的成绩。在最近举办的班级合唱比赛中，我们班团结奋进、积极活泼，充分展现了青春的活力。同学们能够学习娱乐两不误，让我们的高三生活充满了亮丽色彩。

　　每个人的人生都并非一帆风顺，并非永无波浪的湖面。而是一场充满艰辛，坎坷，曲折，充满挑战与挫折的旅途。属于我们的每一个新的一天都是一次挑战。在迎接每日的朝阳时，我们需要足够的自信来克服遇到的困难。

　　爱因斯坦的“相对论”发表之后，有人曾炮制了一本《百人驳相对论》，网罗了一批所谓名流对这一理论进行声势浩大的挞伐。可是，爱因斯坦自信自己的理论必然胜利，对哒伐不屑一顾。他说：“假如我的理论是错的，一个人反驳就够了，一百个零加起来还是零。”他坚定了必胜的信念，坚持研究，终于使“相对论”成为20世纪的伟大理论，为世人所瞩目。

　　同学们，或许我们无法成为像爱因斯坦一样成为为社会做出极大贡献的人。但我们依旧应该向他一样自信的面对一切，面对困难，面对挫折。

　　我坚信，自信是一种力量，一种引领我们坚持的力量。无论身处顺境，还是逆境，都应该微笑地，平静地面对人生，有了自信，生活便有了希望。“天生我材必有用”，哪怕命运之神一次次把我们捉弄，只要拥有自信，拥有一颗自强不息、积极向上的心，成功迟早会属于你的。

It"s also important to be good listeners； in this way people will feel comfortable enough to confide in us. However， no matter what we do， we must not gossip. Above all， we must remember to be ourselves， not phonies. Only by being sincere and respectful of others can we earn their respect. If we can do all of the above， I am sure popularity will come our way.

　　大部分的人都想受人欢迎，但是并非每个人都能达到目标。受欢迎的秘诀何在?事实上是很简单的。步骤一，先改善我们的外表。我们得确保自己很健康，并且穿着体面。当我们既健康又穿戴整齐时，不仅看起来更有精神，自己也会觉得好多了。此外，我们要保持微笑并表现得很友善。毕竟，脸部表情是外观很重要的一环。如果我们能做到这一点，别人会被我们的美好外表所吸引，并对我们的自信印象深刻。

In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station ： so long as it receives messages of beauty ， hope ，cheer， courage and power from men and from the infinite， so long as you are young .

　　it"s a very intresting topic today. i think my dad was a hero for me when i was a young child. wed go fishing， walks， and other fun things for a kid. every child has a good and great father， and so do i. my dad played a very important role in my daily life——exactly speaking， in my past 16 years. my father always stands in the center of my life， from past till now and possibly in the future.

　　my family was rather poor when i was in my childhood. we didnt have our own house and had to live in a shabby， small room rented from my fathers factory. the room was so small that there was little space for people to walk. i didnt have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents. this is terrible both for my parents and me. but father made this all different！he works very hard on his own business， now we have our own 2 housese， surly， i have my own he take our family so much happiness， richer and richer. when i was little， i did everything with my dad. you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him. every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character. i learnt a lot from my daddy. i learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile.

　　years pasted， my father is over 45 now. it is time for me to look after him and i am sure i will do and we will live an even better life. and i will say，i really love you dad， cause you are the hero in my mind. thank you so much！

A boy playing in his garden saw an aero plane glide over and thought: How lucky those people in the aero plane are！ They can go to remote wonderlands！ Meanwhile， a passenger in the aero plane looked down at the house， and thought: If only I could be home down there！

　　Yes！ It is in a dilemma that you’re deeply missing your home on the journey， but you want to explore the world outside. My experience inspired me on this issue.

　　When I was small， my parents sent me to a boarding school. Away from my home and my friends， I felt so homesick that I cried all the time. I was isolated and lonely. At the end， I failed to continue studying there and went back home.

　　Time flew by； I was in secondary school and got popular among my classmates. Once， our school organized a two-week stay in the countryside. Again， I was away from home， without mum fussing around me， without yummy food， even without a hot shower. However， this time， I felt so happy. Every day was enjoyable， everybody was caring； everything made me feel at home. When the trip was over， my parents told me: “You’ve grown up！”

　　I’ve grown up！

　　I understand that missing home is not only missing our physical home， but looking for our identity， for our sense of belonging， and for our spiritual home.

　　I know I’ll be far away from home and go after my dreams， but home away from home will always remain in my heart.
